Return & Refund Policy
We value your satisfaction and want to make your return process as easy as possible. Please follow these steps to return an item:
- Contact us at ecommerce@knbiosciences.in with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and send you a return authorization number if it is approved.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or receipt. Write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address we provide you. You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs, unless the item was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
